Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds or returns for change of mind after items have been shipped. Full refunds can be approved before the start of production. After the start of production, a 70% refund can be issued.
Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange the purchase of a separate transit warranty.
Please refuse delivery if the outer package is damaged upon arrival.
Upon acceptance of delivery, refunds or returns will not be accepted for any broken items or defects.
