What are Terms & Conditions?

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by us, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or our customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and us as the website owner. T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website, and we have tailored ours to best suit our online furniture store. Terms & Conditions

Production & Shipping time

The total production & shipping time can take up to 12 weeks depending on your order and delivery location. Further delays can be caused by customs clearances at shipment ports.

Delivery

Delivery only includes unloading to your address (outside your property). Some packages cannot fit through front gates, doors, or staircases. We always advise you to unpack outside and carry in the items yourself.

Warranty

Delivery cost does not include a warranty. Damage or loss of item from transit is not covered. Please message us to purchase a separate transit warranty before ordering.

Broken items during your ownership are not covered. Once the item has been dropped off safely, it is no longer our responsibility.

Refund & Exchanges

No refunds or returns for change of mind after items have been shipped. Full refunds can be approved before the start of production. After the start of production, a 70% refund can be issued.
After safe delivery, refunds or returns are not accepted due to broken items or defects.

Package weight & size

Packages can weigh up to a ton. Total package size can be very large. We never advise our clients to bring the whole package inside. Items are packaged with heavy wooden crates, plywood boards, cardboard, foam, bubble wrap, plastic, & and tightening straps.

Quotes

The valid time of the price is 30 days after the date of quotation.

Manufacturer location.

Our manufacturer & warehouse is located in China. All items are shipped directly from China by boat or air freight.
Delivery delays can be caused by customs clearances at shipment ports.
